Good Neighbors Cambodia] – Samsung Contributed Study Materials to Students in Cheung Ek Primary School

The provision of learning materials and the donation of Samsung tablets by Samsung Cambodia in partnership with Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) enable opportunities and create digital learning pathways for children in urban Cambodia.

On 15 March 2024, under the program initiative ‘Samsung Love & Care’, Samsung Cambodia distributed 370 school supply kits to Cheung Ek Primary School in the Dangkao district. Also, 40 Samsung tablets are handed over to Good Neighbors Cambodia to facilitate and make it easier for community students to study, research, and learn about new technologies.

During the ceremony, Mr. Ly Vannak, Cheung Ek Primary School Principal, welcomed all participants and said: “On behalf of all teachers and students, I would like to express my deep gratitude to Samsung Cambodia and GNC for always caring for the future of children and encouraging them to study with the provision of study materials”.

Mr. Hyung Geun Lee, Managing Director of Samsung Cambodia, emphasized the importance of education. He said: “Samsung’s vision is Cambodian children’s future. Therefore, we strive to ensure that children in Cambodia have access to adequate study materials and research tools to strengthen their ability to grow in the future by integrating technology.”
